'After Shipwrecked I had a lot of photoshoots and media attention and didn't feel 100% about my figure. "Fitness was not my forte but having had a heart scare in 2006 I had changed my lifestyle and was starting to exercise more, but to be completely honest I found working out in a gym completely boring and never really pushed myself. However my wife had been going to Jamille and eventually persuaded me to go. This was the start of the change. As a one-time couch potato who absolutely hated exercise, Jamille has not only helped change my attitude to fitness and exercise, but has also helped me change my body shape. I’ve dropped a dress size to a 10/12 and now have definition on my arms and legs. The sessions are extreme enjoyable, very challenging and always different. I have been training with Jamille for approximately 18 months.
I am in my early 50's, coming to exercise a bit late in life, I wish I had done this many years ago, so it's not too late to start.
I never thought I could enjoy exercise so much, every session is tailored to my needs and no matter what Jamille 'throws' at me, if he says I can do it, I will. It might take a few goes, such as balancing on a swiss ball on my knees whilst doing shoulder press with weights, we always get there.
When first introduced to exercise I couldn't hit a fly and hurt it, Jamille said I had no aggression in me, but now it's my favourite exercise and I can punch with the best of them.
I never get bored and it;s probably the quickest hour of the week. I have recently started running . We have been out running ( and fast walking ) along the river Taff. What could be a better way to start the day ??
Lastly, Jamille is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated to his clients. I couldn't recommend him more highly and if I win the lottery I'll be booking him 24/7 as my personal trainer.
